Can I walk in?
Yes, Tuesday to Saturday when a chair is open. Sign the board by the door and you're taken in order. Booked clients and club members are seen at their time, so waits vary; the board shows who is next.
How long does a cut take?
Every service on the menu shows its time. Most cuts run 30 to 50 minutes, and the long visit is 90.
Can you cut my hair?
We cut waves, coils, curls, twists and straight hair. Tell your barber what you want, or bring a photo.
How often should I come back?
Most people keep a fade sharp every two to three weeks, and a scissor cut every four. Your barber will tell you what suits your hair.
Can I choose my barber?
Yes. Each barber has a link to book with them, and the chair club keeps you with the same barber at the same time.
What do I bring to the chair?
A photo of a cut you like, if you have one. For a shave, nothing.
What if I'm late or need to cancel?
Please give 24 hours' notice to move or cancel. We hold your chair for 10 minutes after your time; after that your barber may need to shorten the service or move you to the next opening.
How does a deposit work?
Visits of an hour or more take a deposit to hold the time. It goes toward your service, and the amount shows when you book.
Do you cut children's hair?
Yes, for ages 12 and under, with a parent who stays in the lounge. A junior cut takes about 30 minutes.
How does tipping work?
Tipping is welcome and never expected. Leave it in cash or by card at the chair, and it goes to the barber who cut your hair.
